Studio Fixe — Curated to Meet Your Moment

Extensions are not a checklist. They are a response to your moment. Studio Fixe is Studio Kalili’s selection of Extensions composed specifically for your moment and your project.

The right combination of services depends on where you are — what you are about to do, what your audience will encounter, what your brand needs to hold. During your discovery conversation, we identify the right services to create a cohesive experience. That selection is your Studio Fixe, which is then formalized in your proposal as a complete, intentional scope.

Extended Design Services

The Extensions Catalogue

  • Brand Collateral Foundation

    For the moment you step into visibility. After your Edition establishes your identity, these are the materials that carry it into the world — into rooms, into correspondence, into the hands of people who matter to your work.

    Client provides all copy and content for each piece.
    Timeline: 1–2 weeks per application. 

    • Business Cards — design & print-ready files
      Investment: $300–$500

    • Letterhead & Branded Stationary
      Investment: $200–$500

    • Email Signature Design
      Investment: $100–$200

  • Digital Templates

    Template infrastructure that makes consistency effortless — across every channel your audience encounters you on regularly.

    Client provides all copy, visuals, the typical post formats, and recurring content categories.
    Timeline: 1–2 weeks per service.
     

    • Social Media Template System — 1 cover design, 3–5 branded templates for posts and stories. Investment: $300–$800

    • Email Newsletter Template System — 3–5 layouts, editable templates, platform integration with Mailchimp, Substack, ConvertKit, and other common platforms. Investment: $1,000–$2,000

    • Presentation Design System — 3–8 branded slide master templates, editable in InDesign, Google Slides, or Canva. Investment: $800–$1,000.

  • Print Design

    Some work is meant to be held. Paged through. Set down and returned to. These services are for brands, artists, authors, and individuals who want their work presented in print with the same editorial intention that governs everything else designed here — structure first, form second, the reader always in mind.

    These services are available to Studio Kalili established clients and to new clients whose work calls for editorial design. Each is scoped individually. Client provides all written content and photography or illustrations.

    • Zine/ Magazine Design — up to 40 pages. Additional pages: $75–$100 per page. Timeline: 3–5 weeks. Investment: $2,500–$4,500

    • Book Design — interior layout and typesetting up to 200 pages.
      Additional pages: $10–$30 per page. Cover design available separately: $1,500–$2,500. Timeline: 4–16 weeks. Investment: $3,500–$6,000.

    • Photo Book Design — up to 80 pages. Additional pages: $50–$75 per page. Timeline: 3–6 weeks. Investment: $3,000–$5,500.

    • Photo Album Design — up to 60 pages. Additional pages: $40–$60 per page. Timeline: 2–4 weeks. Investment: $1,500–$3,000.
