I read every inquiry personally. If your project feels aligned, I’ll invite you to a discovery conversation. If it doesn’t, I’ll let you know directly and kindly.We’ll schedule a 30–45 minute conversation.
Video or phone. Informal but focused. I’ll ask questions about your work and goals. You’ll ask questions about process and approach. We’ll both get a sense of whether this feels right.If we're both enthusiastic, you'll receive a proposal.
A detailed document outlining what we'll create together, how long it will take, what it will cost, and how we'll collaborate. You'll have time to review, ask questions, and decide.If you approve the proposal, we formalize the agreement.
A contract and deposit secure your start date.Within 24-48 hours of signing, you’ll receive:
Welcome Packet — everything you need to know as we begin (timeline, communication expectations, payment schedule)
Preparation Guide — detailed document outlining all content you'll need to provide, when it’s needed, and how to upload it to the client portal.
Your client portal link — instant access to your project workspace where all work happens
Then we begin: efficiently, intentionally, collaboratively.
