Every Engagement Starts With Alignment

Studio Kalili works with a handful of clients each year because meaningful brand work requires real attention. I don’t take projects lightly or quickly. Before anything begins, we need to know we’re right for each other.

This is a genuine exploration of whether Studio Kalili can serve your work well — and whether this collaboration feels right for both of us. The goal is to understand what you’re building and what’s at stake. 

If we’re aligned, we move forward together. If not, I’ll point you toward other resources that might serve you better.

    1. You’ll receive an email response within 2–5 business days. I read every inquiry personally. If your project feels aligned, I’ll invite you to a discovery conversation. If it doesn’t, I’ll let you know directly.

    2. We’ll schedule a 30–45 minute conversation.
      Video or phone. Informal but focused. I’ll ask questions about your work and goals. You’ll ask questions about process and approach. We’ll both get a sense of whether this feels right.

    3. If we’re both enthusiastic, you’ll receive a proposal, outlining what we’ll create together, how long it will take, what it will cost, and how we’ll collaborate. You’ll have time to review, ask questions, and decide.

    4. If you approve the proposal, we formalize the agreement. An initial investment secures your start date.
